Forgiveness for good health.

Sometimes we tend to hold grudges for things that have been done to us, or at least our perception or illusion of it of it at the given time (nobody really offends you unless you offend yourself), but true strength is forgiveness. When we hold any kind of emotion, we actually give in to the very thing that we are resisting. So in order to feel good inside and actually develop strength, it is through forgiveness. Anything else is weakening our energy to love and be at peace with our higher selves.
