I have been able to find a a good amount of healthy oils at whole foods such as jojoba oils, almond and coconut oil which is one of my favorites because I use it for everything almost. I just go on pinterest and find recipes that I like and put them directly onto my skin, I believe that you cannot go wrong with putting the raw stuff on your skin. Please consult with your dermatologist before trying anything new.
