Limit the amount of harsh chemicals you put in skin.



I was reading a magazine and I though I would share the huge difference it makes to use natural jojoba, coconut oil and just plain vitamin E to improve the appearance and texture of your skin compared to those harsh chemicals most lotions have. Especially the ones commonly sold at some drugstores. Ingredients such as Padimate-O and Parsol are chemicals that have the potential to damage our DNA. In addition most of them are petroleum based. 

I have been able to find a a good amount of healthy oils at whole foods such as jojoba oils, almond and coconut oil which is one of my favorites because I use it for everything almost.  I just go on pinterest and find recipes that I like and put them directly onto my skin, I believe that you cannot go wrong with putting the raw stuff on your skin. Please consult with your dermatologist before trying anything new.
