I just wanted to talk about stretching before you begin your routine. It is extremely important that you stretch before you start your routine but most importantly it is necessary that you warm up your muscles with a light jog, or brisk walk for at least 5 to 10 minutes before attempting to stretch....You may be asking Why??? Well as simply as Cold muscles don't stretch! And why is stretching important? Well because aside from increasing flexibility it lowers your chances of getting injured during a workout. It also helps reduce stiffness...Besides who doesn't enjoy a really good stretch it just feels so good. Remember to make it a regular practice. At least three times a week for 10 minutes and use all muscle groups.
