Who would have thought that indulging in red wine may actually help fight fat?
I recently read an article on the nutrition journal about wine and how it may fight off fat storage. Apparently on a recent Brazilian study they found that red wine consumption increases estrogen production in fat cells, that activate fat breakdown into energy, supresses appetite and reduces storage of adipose tissue.

So next time you head out for those weekly Margaritas and Mojitos rewind and instead order a glass of red wine :)
