Talking about getting my life in shape...Working out really helps tremendously reducing anxiety and making one feel useful. It's like once I get to the gym I feel everything is possible. It also makes me feel powerful, intelligent and successful. In the other hand when I dread and don't go I develop this feeling of guilt within my own self and start thinking negatively. So working out is not only a great way to shed some pounds but also an excellent method to get in touch with your inner self. That inner voice that is constantly there to guide you. In addition working out means bye bye blues so it's also a important ingredient to living happy and not depressed.
